Do you have questions concerning our products, our online shop or other issues? We collected a few Frequently Asked Questions for you.

The Customer Services Department is open from Tuesday to Friday 9.30 am to 5.00 pm (UTC/GMT +09:00). Emails are answered within two working days. We will do our best to answer your questions as soon as possible. Please note that due to extensive research, it can sometimes take a little longer to answer your questions.

If you have forgotten your ‘opuscorp.org’ Online Shop Password and cannot sign in anymore click here to be sent a new password - you can then change this password to a more memorable one using the "My Profile" button.

Shipping costs and delivery times

Deliveries to all countries are sent via airmail up to 2kg. All orders above 2kg will automatically be sent via Express Courier Delivery. See default weight bands and charges for each delivery option below. Some countries have their own individual delivery charges.

Items held in stock are usually despatched the same day. Delivery is usually within 14 - 30 working days of despatch, but the time taken by the carrier may vary according to the time of year (please allow significantly more time when placing an order in peak seasons).

Items not held in stock will be ordered for you from the publisher, and the time taken for items to arrive in stock will depend on the publisher and its carrier. Estimated despatch times for each item are displayed on the individual product pages.

Standard Delivery and Express Courier Delivery is charged according to the following weights and also you can check the detailed shipping cost immediately with the address input during the order process.

As a rule we will process your order within one business day. The delivery date is subject to the method of shipping chosen.

Order confirmation

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.

Order tracking

All of the shipping methods can be tracked. You will be sent an email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Not received the goods

If your goods have not arrived within the delivery time indicated by us, we would ask you to contact us using the contact form ‘Information about my Order’ and we will quickly organize another delivery.

Received damaged goods

Sorry to hear that your order has been damaged in transit. Please inform us using the contact form ‘Damaged Delivery’ and we can organize a replacement to be sent immediately.

Not received the goods you ordered

Sorry to hear that there has been an error in processing your order. Please inform us using the contact form ‘Incorrect Delivery’ and we will send a replacement immediately.

Found an error in a product

In this case, we would ask you to contact us via the contact form ‘Feedback or complaint about a product’. We will then contact you about this as soon as possible.

Order by phone or fax

Unfortunately, an order by phone or fax is not possible. We would ask you to please make your order in our Online Shop. If you have any questions about our titles or the ordering process, we can help you. Please contact us via the contact form and we will come straight back to you.

Hire Material

Order the performance material of OPUS work

If you want to order hire material from the OPUS edition, the best place to start is our Search where you can search by composer name or work title. Identify your location in the dropdown menu so that only the relevant works and catalogues will be displayed to you. Or you can look for the respective work under Works Category and click on the ‘Hire request’ button. Alternatively, you can also place an inquiry with: simf@opuscorp.org.

If you require material for rehearsals only, or if you're looking for a work which is not listed, please email us the details. simf@opuscorp.org

Produce a CD of OPUS work

You can name all additional use when you order the hire material. If the information only turns up later, then please contact us via simf@opuscorp.org

Full set of instrumental parts

We include sufficient copies of each instrumental part to enable your orchestra or ensemble to perform the work in question. For those works which include strings in their orchestration we supply our standard string set: 8 copies of Violin I, 7 of Violin II, 6 Violas, 5 Cellos and 4 Double Basses. Additional string parts may be requested as part of your order. One copy of the full score for the conductor is included as standard.
